What we're looking for:

Technician or engineering degree (mechanical or related engineering)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor (an asset), Excel, and Word
-
Experience in sawmills? A definite asset.

Rigour, curiosity, and a passion for quality work

Open position : Project Director & Site Management
Reporting to the General Management/Operations Department, you will manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale industrial projects, from the initial studies to final acceptance of the completed works.

What we're looking for:
Education
-
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Specialization in project management (PMP, PMI, Prince2) is an asset.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial projects (plant construction, industrial platforms).

Proven experience in managing multi-trade construction sites
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project).
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
-
Proficiency in budget tracking and cost control methods.
-
Bilingualism (French and English).
Personal Qualities
-
Strong leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.

Rigorous, organized, and able to prioritize.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsive and able to make decisions under pressure.

Availability for frequent travel to construction sites.
